IT Requirements

Internet access is a prerequisite. Our UNIQ Management System product is compatible with Google Chrome, which can be downloaded for free. FlexiQuote is our long standing
client based program. Minimum requirements for this product are Windows 7 Professional or later in either a 32 or 64 bit.

Installation

Cinix1 products will be first and foremost set up by one of our qualified Support Staff by accessing your system through the use of our Remote Support Download, located on our Website. All installations of Cinix1 products are guaranteed to be completed in an apt approach to ensure minimum downtime.

to help resolve any and all issues
you may encounter during your running day, also comprising any queries relating to all Third Party Interface Companies.  Access to both manual and telephone training aids are continually at your fingertips.

FlexiQuote has been traditionally used by motor/panel industry. With the ability to generate invoices, job cards, purchase orders and credit returns direct to parts suppliers with ease.

Cinix1 is taking the next leap forward with their UNIQ Management System which will allow us to deliver this to new industries. Helping accommodate a greater array of businesses using our new web based system.

If we need to turn off virus protection to be able to complete your request. It is on the customer to check that all virus protection is enabled. We suggest that all back ups are done on a daily basis.
